NRA Law Enforcement Officer Felonious Death Benefit
A $25,000.00 insurance benefit to the widow or survivors of any NRA-member law enforcement officer who is feloniously killed in the line of duty. Coverage is automatic for law enforcement
officers who are NRA members. The death must occur within 120 days of the date of injury, and result directly and from no other cause from such injury. Paperwork must be filed within 90 days. The death
must occur in the Line of Duty.

OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
There are several not-for-profit agencies that have formed for the specific purpose of aiding ~e families of public safety
officers killed in the line of duty. These organizations go by such names as Hundred Clubs; Heroes, Inc.; Bluecoats; Backstoppers. Unfortunately, their assistance is restricted to specific geographical
locations.
